About Phi Beta Sigma

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. was founded on January 9, 1914 at Howard University. Their motto — "Culture For Service and Service For Humanity" — guides a brotherhood committed to scholarship, service, and fellowship. They were the first fraternity to organize an auxiliary group: Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., their "sister organization."
